The Center for Animal Rescue and Adoption has been accepted as a member of the National Spay/Neuter Response Team (NSNRT). This Humane Alliance mentorship program offers training and technical support to help us replicate their spay/neuter clinic model. The program provides everything we need to launch our own high-quality, high volume spay/neuter clinic right here in our own community.

The NSNRT program provides advice and assistance with all aspects of opening
and operating a clinic similar to Humane Alliance’s facility, including:

• Budgeting and financial considerations
• Job descriptions, interviewing and hiring staff
• Site selection and floor plan design
• Ordering equipment, supplies and inventory
• Clinic management software training and support
• One week of off-site staff training in Asheville, North Carolina,
  at Humane Alliance's 13,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art training academy
• Two weeks of on-site staff training at our clinic facility in Tucson, Arizona
• Veterinary personnel available to answer questions at our open house
• Operations manual, clinic forms and ongoing operational support
